We provide security access keypads for easy entry and exit, along with unique access codes for each customer to enhance safety. Our facility is equipped with 24/7 recorded security cameras and high-security fencing to protect your belongings. Additionally, bright LED lighting ensures safe access after dark, and we have facility fire extinguisher stations strategically placed throughout for added safety.
ENTRY / EXIT MOBILE APP
Easily access the gate from up to 1,000 feet away using the Sierra Access app on your mobile device or Apple Watch. This innovative app also allows you to monitor gate code usage and receive real-time alerts, ensuring you stay updated on any activity at your unit.
20 AMP ELECTRICAL OUTLETS
Certain units come with a 20-AMP electrical service designed to help maintain the battery voltage of your vehicle during storage. Typically, boats and RVs require a 20-AMP service; however, we recommend that you check your vehicle’s system requirements to verify the necessary amperage for your charger or inverter.
WASH/FILL
Water is available at each building for your convenience. Easy access to water 24/7 at no extra charge.
WASH STATION
Before storing your vehicle, RV, or boat, we recommend giving it a thorough wash to eliminate dirt, grime, and especially any bugs. For your convenience, we offer access to a concrete pad wash area and potable water fill-up—available 24/7 at no extra charge.
